DUE TO COVID 19 RESTRICTIONS, THE DISTRICT IS NOT ACCEPTING REQUESTS FROM OUTSIDE ORGANIZATIONS UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.
- All requests MUST be submitted to ensure that time is allowed for the request to travel through the approval process before the Tuesday prior to a Board of Education meeting.
- Organizations wishing to schedule the PES pool must provide a lifeguard and proof of certification prior to approval.
- The Board of Education reserves the right to deny requests and adjust the fee and rental schedule either upward or downward as it sees fit, based upon the proposed use of the facility, the amount of exposure to damage that may occur and the liability risks that it may incur.
- Organizations MUST provide a certificate of insurance liability before event date.
- The chart below represents charges for outside organizations requesting use of our facilities.

Custodial Charges: 1 Custodian for every 250 attendees at rate billed after event
Security Guard Charges: 1 Security Guard for every 500 attendees at rate billed after event
Sound & Lighting System Charges: Billed after event at per hour rate
